Description of service
LumiRoute is a platform that helps Canadian businesses discover, compare, and order dedicated business fiber internet from participating carriers. The platform allows users to search coverage by address, view side-by-side quotes, and initiate orders through a single interface.
The platform is currently in pre-launch and is not yet commercially available. Features described on this site represent planned functionality and may change before launch.

Third-party carriers and pricing
LumiRoute may display information provided by third-party fiber carriers, including coverage areas, pricing, speeds, and install timelines. This information is sourced from carriers and is provided for informational purposes only.
LumiRoute does not independently verify all carrier data. Prices, availability, and timelines displayed are estimates and subject to change. LumiRoute is not responsible for inaccuracies in carrier-supplied information.
Any contract for fiber service will be between you and the carrier directly. LumiRoute facilitates the process but is not a party to the service agreement.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the amount paid by you to LumiRoute in the twelve months preceding the claim (which, during the pre-launch period, is zero).
